  Dr. Koon is the most caring & smartest oncologist I could of ever hoped of taking me through this cancer journey I've been on the past year. I would recommend him to anyone who has been put into this very difficult journey of life. I feel extremely blessed he was recommended to me by my gynecologist.

  Dr. Koon has taken excellent care of me. He and his staff helped me battle two cancers and they were with me every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. He explains everything and listens to all your concerns. He is easy to talk to and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him!

  In my experience Dr. Koon is knowledgeable in all aspects of gynecological oncology, from surgery through treatment protocols. He and his team have treated me since my initial surgery in 2015, and have been unfailingly supportive throughout my treatment and follow up. Dr. Koon himself has been responsive in answering my many questions and giving his best advice. I recommend him highly.

  Dr. Koon & Nurse Tanesha should write a manual on how to successfully treat patients with compassion, respect and heartfelt aid! Even with my mother's language barrier, they went above-and-beyond to help her get the best care possible with thoughtful urgency. Highly recommend this amazing crew at Texas Oncology! It is bittersweet that we will not need to see them again. Cannot thank them enough!

  Dr. Koon is very sweet. He speaks to you and shares your medical options to you as if you were his own family. Very down to earth, great bedside manner. Wonderfully aggressive surgeon and highly recommended!!!
