  Recently worked with Barbara about a month ago and bought A washer and dryer from her since the Samsung front loaders I wanted Lowe’s was out of stock of. They did honor the price but charged me for delivery. I’m in Sales and Service so I didn’t give too much of an argument over it. After the sale I was told if you need anything here is my cell call me anytime you need anything. That time came and I had a couple problems and questions. Left 3 voicemails and got nothing back. I guess once you buy they are done with you! I figured after spending 1,350 with her I could have atleast gotten a call back. I still have around 7,000 I need to spend on other things and I will not come back here for sure.

  Nothing but empty promises. Bought a stove over three weeks ago. Still waiting for it. Twice they have set up delivery appointments just to hear that the stove hasn't come in yet or some other excuse. These people can't tell the truth to save themselves.

  The best customer service from Joey! Very attentive and knowledgeable! Delivery personnel were amazing too, went over the features of my new washer and dryer with expertise. Very competitive pricing.
