Long lines a lot of the time, but great items to choose from. I wish they offered better coupons, but overall, always a great experience.

I have issues with the management of Hobby Lobby, but there are times when it has exactly what you are looking for. This store is well kept. If is easy to find what you are looking for. The restrooms and the store are easy to navigate in a wheelchair but there are some areas with displays that can get tight for turning. Management or owners of the place do not pay for birth control for employees and I think that sucks, but that is a political and religious opinion not a review.

The prices seem a bit high and they're selection is largely composed of prefabricated DIY projects. Their jewelry section (my first stop at any craft store) is loaded with cheap goods that may be fine for peoples wanting to work with fake metals and plastic beads, but that's not what I'm looking for. To make matters worse, absolutely none if their a aisles are labeled. You just have to kind of wander around hoping you find what you're looking for. At check out, they acted like we were invoicing m inconveniencing them because their card readers wouldn't read their own gift cards. It's not my fault they had to manually punch in the numbers! Overall, sounds showing where things are, better quality products, and friendlier staff would be a great improvement.
