  Terrible delivery experience and more recently terrible service experience (limited communication, no timelines, inaccurate info). Shocking.

  This Tesla service center needs an upgrade. The charging stations don't work. The parking lot is over packed. The service people and staff are overloaded and can't attend to owners promptly. For the last three services i received back an unwashed car that wasn't charged. The winter service was the worst because the car was left out overnight so the battery was frozen and the car wasn't operating - they should have warmed the car so that i didn't have trouble at pick up. They rarely do concierge services anymore. They used to pick up the car and drop it off. Now you're lucky to get one way assistance because it depends on their other "drop offs" for that day. Before using Mt Kisco Tesla, our CT dealer used to store seasonal tires, but since switching to Mt. Kisco i have to store them myself. Mt Kisco used to knock on the door and assist with carrying the tires into my home for storage but now they just drop the car off and leave. Not the white glove experience it used to be.

  Always great service. Staff is attentive and they go out of their way to correct any issues promptly.

  Just not a great Tesla experience. Gabe, one of the workers who is not normally there, was the only bright spot during on pick up. Our “delivery specialist” Nicolas Cruz didn’t allow us to chose our loan terms, barely came out to say hi after dealing with him 2 months through email, and told me 30 minutes before pick up our insurance and registration had to be changed to both my name and my wifes. Car wasn’t even prepared properly. No welcoming sign. Nothing welcome to the family. Pick up your Tesla elsewhere on NY. Oh it gets better. After addressing my concerns in a very polite email and telling him I understand things in life happens, he referred me to another administrator to address my email. Sweet life.

  Awesome visit. I set up an appointment ( prior to the time they even open ) and was able to snag a test drive. I met with Justin, a customer experience specialist, and was well taken care of. Not being a "dealership" you don't feel a sense of pressure, you feel welcome and educated. The outside of the building can really use an update, but the inside is well mainted and clean. Can't wait to have a showroom upstate sometime soon!
