  Really bad customers serves .......waiting for help 30 Min .and they don,t know how to help ...don,t go there before its was nice location but .Now its only who work there young peopel who just get there license to work ........Not happy any more with TD bank

  I love this bank! I forgot what it means to receive great customer service and convenience from a financial institution. I was helped today by the lovely Monique. She is extremely pleasant and courteous, and was not pushy at all which I truly appreciate. Everything was transparent and upfront and I walked out with my new debit card in less than 20 minutes. The branch itself is clean, spacious and located in a great part of Bay Ridge. No turning back from TD!

  This is my home TD bank and I visit there often. Even after my husband came in freaking out about an issue (TD somehow put our deposit in someone elses account and froze our account without telling us and our $900 was missing) we were taken care of very well by a nice black lady who is ALWAYS there. She's got a bit of an attitude but she's very good at her job and never rude. We are always treated well. Even if not greeted by a smile and overly-enthusiastic people, we are always treated fast, politely and overall very well.
