  Went to speak to a representative, told the front desk person I was there to speak about a fraudulent charge, I was to told to wait while the employees were obviously having a personal conversation. After 10 mins a representative comes and looks at me as though I’m an alien after I tell her what I’m there for to only tell me they don’t do disputes at this location. Wouldn’t it have been easier to tell me at front desk than make me waste my time to tell me to call the number on my card? Great Service!

  Line seems to move, however most times seems to have one teller.

  Busy location but fast service, almost no waiting, many atms with seating area.

  Always gets the job done when I need them. There's nothing more to say but they offer a service and fulfills end of their bargain. Great convenient location.
