  I won't comment on the food, because it's Taco Bell. You know what the quality is, it's not going to be as good as the authentic Mexican place down the street (Los Taquitos) but it's cheap and comforting and easy. The thing that earns 5 damn stars from me, is the service. I don't know WHAT the 1/2 star reviews had happen but as long as I've been coming here (since I moved to Tukee in 2013) I have had nothing but incredibly polite, cheerful, accurate service. The employees are never grumpy or short with me as some other drive-thru service can be, and since the turnover rate is probably what you'd expect from fast food, I can promise that it isn't a matter of a handful of good employees that I've been lucky to get. This is a sign of great management. I obviously have lots of choices when it comes to Taco Bell locations in this area, and even more for fast food in general, but I pick this place over others because when I've had a hard day at work and just want something warm and easy to eat, I can come through here and leave feeling happy and kind.

  Very very rude service, cussing and inconsiderate at the drive through. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to the one in Chandler, it has better service.

  I used to praise this Taco Bell above others because they were consistent at getting the order right. Even had a time when their debit/systems went down after ordering. They couldn't process payment so they gave me my order for free. $30 order, free. That's pretty awesome. However the last 4 times I've been there, they've forgotten items in the order. Most of the time I say forget it, sometimes it's just not worth driving back for a taco or other low dollar item. But tonight, the missed the main item of a meal. My meal. So I headed back out, waited longer. They made the missing item fresh, but the rest of my order was cold when I got back home. You're killin' me Taco Bell. I want to enjoy you, but you've gotta stop making the same mistakes since the 90's. Teach the kids inside to check the bag before sending it out, or count the items or something.
