  Lighting was poor and the place did not look open. Food did not appear to be heated properly—meat was cold in center of taco.

  Just like every other Taco Bell. Go before 10pm and everything is wonderful. Go after 10 and half your order is wrong, missing or cold.

  Drive through guy thought he knew my order better than I did! Too bad he was completely rude and clueless. Thanks for 20 min in the drive thru and a half ass version of our order.

  If you go for late menu, quality of food drops off drastically. Plus, you're lucky if you get the order correctly. Breakfast and lunch, you have no worries, food great. Late (after 10pm), food tastes like it has been made in morning, luke warm, and extra greasy. Loaded grillers, mighty, if at all, grilled. Meat in tacos so greasy, that it seeps through bag. I learned my lesson after the 3rd time. Going to Nicholasville Rd one from now on. Worth the extra mile or two for 10 times the quality.

  Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Have been here on 6 different occasions in the past month and every time it took over 45min to get two crunchwraps. Abysmal for a "fast food" joint.
