  They are so rude, they got my order wrong and when I asked for my food nicely she said I ordered wrong. No I didn't order wrong I know what I said, don't ever tell the customer they said something wrong when your employees don't know how to listen.

  Generally a good and timely purchase. There are certain staffs that do not check quality over timelines and my order is not always correct or full of required ingredients, but overall I would recommend this place.

  Food is hit or miss. Sometimes really great and other times the chalupas are hard as a rock, old and awful. It’s disappointing when it is. I don’t eat here often anyway so oh well. But wouldn’t recommend just for the inconsistency.

  I order a breakfast crunch wrap and got a hash brown with sauce in a tortilla, no eggs or anything else. Bring it back to them to get fix, no apologies or even two words where said to me. I will not be coming back to this location again, I will just go to Hampden and tower. Worst customer service ever!!

  We had two orders so we were told we had to come inside. When we came in, I almost turned around. The store smelled sour(and still wet so that lets me know you used dirty mop water). So we put in our order and my Mom’s was the last one to come out. The lady walked right up to the counter and THREW THE BAG AT MY MOM! Seriously?! I mean seriously?! If you hate your job, THEN QUIT! No need for that. Do not take your misery out on customers. I worked in the food industry for 8 years( I started out at a Taco Bell too) and I have never seen such a disrespectful attitude before. You need a new TB team
