::Best T-mobile store for quick and responsive customer service in Washington DC. I have visited other T-mobile locations in the DMV and while everyone is quick to SELL you a new phone; unfortunately that does not hold true if you have service issues or need an expert to switch a SIM or memory card, or apply a new screen protector, etc....555 11th Street has ALWAYS stood out as having extremely motivated, polite, efficient & knowledgeable employees and they always have me leaving there with a smile. Thank you Kortney and Dani (SP?) for helping me get the right SIM card for my LG smart phone (my old smart phone had a different SIM) and getting my screen protector installed and contacts moved over to the new phone - much appreciated!

::I went to this t-mobile store to get a new phone. Mark Flowers was courteous and showed me options with details to help me make informed decision to choose galaxy note 8 deal. Mr. Flowers was thorough and very helpful in answering all of the questions I had and also provided additional information relevant to each topic of the question. Mr. Flowers' expertise and his excellent customer service was fully demonstrated. After the very satisfying first visit, I stopped by again for different subject and Mr. Flowers again help me resolve the issue while thoroughly providing details. Mr. Flowers helped me happily maintain 8 year relationship with the T-mobile and I highly praise Mr. Flowers' professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you, Mr. Flowers!
