This location needs to be shut down, after 3 months of having an iPad fraudulently put in my name, I made 3 separate visits to resolve the issue. By the 3rd visit I spoke to a 3rd manager named “Rob” he told me upon paying my bill he would resolve the issue I paid my bill, he than told me to leave for “recording” I told him I was not he smirked and called security. Stay away from this location all managers and employees are fraudulent bullies, especially “Rob” and the sales Rep a woman named “Enrique” at and t please investigate this location before someone does something

Terrible service that fraudulently told me I was able to return the iPhone case and cover he sold me. What’s worse is they said they would do nothing for me! Calling AT&T customer service today to see if they can do anything..

I was concerned after reading the reviews on whether this store would help us switch to a cheaper prepaid plan. Luckily I met Savannah who did do a great job and set us up with a great plan to suit our needs of call, text and data. Happy we came!!

Sale rep claimed that I would get $300 credit for trading in my old phone. I did and used the credit to get iwatch. Now full price of iwatch shows up on bill. I only got $60 credit, not $300. After dozens of phone calls to try to resolve the issue, still no progress. The experience we had was so bad at this store and since AT&T's customer support was so bad and unable to resolve this, we are now switching to Verizon. If the sales rep was honest with us, and if the store manager tried to work with us to resolve the issue, we would likely still be AT&T customers, but now we are switching.
