  Walked into the store it thehelpi needed. Employees were very nice,and knowledgeable, I have been with tmobile since 2003. Nothing not great service ..

  Jose D. and Aaron have just provided the best service I have EVER experienced. They took time to listen to my needs, they validated my concerns but reassured me they could fix the problem.(11 calls to tech support couldn't) I was skeptical but in a matter of 10 minutes I wad amazed and enjoying 100% of the benefits I so loyally pay for. They transformed me from an outraged, hopeless critic on the verge of cancelling to a happy customer that remembers why I switched over years ago. I APPLAUD these 2 team members and recommend them to EVERYONE!!

  Manager Joe helped me get a reimbursement to pay off my old phone and now I have a new phone with Tmobile and its great!

  GO ELSEWHERE. You can not buy a phone with a credit card! They will only charge $250 to your card and the rest must be cash, or you must sign up with T-Mobile's 24 mo payment plan. I have a CC that doubles the manufacturer's warranty, so I need to pay full price. This is a franchise store; no problem at the T-Mobile corporate store. If you read the 4 and 5 star reviews, it's pretty clear that these are from the owner or his friends.

  The customer service here was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helped us through everything. This is definitely a recommended store location to come to when you want to do anything. Amazing store. Thanks to the manager Aaron.
