  This location has the worst customer service! I went here today to purchase a new phone, I got there, checked the phones and waited for the staff to come up to me and ask me, but instead they ignored me, I totally understand that they were assisting other customers at that time, so I waited for about 30mins until one of their staff finished assisting customer. A lady that just stepped in the store got entertained and assisted by a staff who just finished assisting other customer, I got totally embarrassed and pissed on how they treated me, because he looked at me couple of times before he walked to and ask the lady who just went in, I wasted almost an hour waiting for someone that will help me I went out very disappointed on how they treat a customer. I got the name of the guy who ignored me his name is shawn, very rude, unprofessional and doesnt know how to do his job. I hope that the management will take some actions on this matter. Btw, I’ve been a loyal customer with tmobile for 6years and on this incident im thinking of cutting my service with them.

  I don't like the way they treat customer.... Make sure you don't take anything they say at face value. Check with the t-mobile customer service over the phone because they might either lie or don't know what they are talking about. They treat you that you don't know anything.

  I had a fantastic experience at this location. I was helped by Omar, who walked me through the entire process as I switched to T-mobile from Verizon. Omar was helpful and patient as he explained every detail of my new plan and he readily answered every question I had. I can't believe how easy it was to switch carriers, and I'm glad I did!

  I called yesterday asking about the release of the new Note 7. I asked the guy who answered if they had the blue one, he replied and said yes. I asked how many were left since I live in Vancouver and didn't want to waste my time driving there. He told me he couldn't tell me their inventory. So I drive there and we tell the guy when I checked in I told the guy i wanted a blue note 7. I had to wait for two people ahead me for them to tell me they don't have any. I called all the other stores around Portland and got mixed reviews about being sold out or not ever getting any. Every other store was able to tell me exactly how many silver and black note 7's they had in stock. So thanks (I think he told me his name was Patrick and to come see him) for wasting my time instead of telling me how many you have.

  I have had some positive experiences here but they keep telling me things that are not true. The first time I was told I didn't have insurance on my device when I did, and more recently I was told I didn't need a receipt for a promotional offer, which I did. Both of these instances resulted in me having to spend a huge amount of time on the phone with customer care to get set straight. I would go out of my way to avoid this location if I needed to do anything but simply look at a phone. Point being make sure you don't take anything they say at face value because they often either lie or don't know what they are talking about.
