  Went over there after a big problem: our 5 lines were suspended and we had to pay to reactivate them. We weren't happy at all as we bought, what we thought were prepaid sim cards only, just for the length of our stay in the usa, 10 days. We asked the sales person in california the tourist sim card at 30$ and he told us he had a better deal for 35$, unlimited data, text and calls. Sounded good after all, he guaranteed it was just the same. There we go 5 lines at 35$/ each. Everything worked great until 8 days later, all lines were temporary suspended and we had to pay 40$ to reactivate those. That's when we went to that t-mobile in boulevard mall, and so glad we did. They did great not only in welcoming us, understanding us, we didn't have to repeat over and over , they got it the first time. We had Isiah spent half an our on the phone, explaining over and over our problem to each person he was transferred to, and just when our last option was to pay the 40 usd to reactivate all 5 lines, the nice lady (forgot to ask her name :/) then called directly the store where we bought the sim from, and had them fix our problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! For making our end of stay much smoother and less stressful, thank you for your kindness, help and patience. You guys are the best 😙😙 Poerani.

  My phone that i had gotten recently was acting weird, it was late and the mall. It was almost closing but I got here in time. Literally took 2 minutes and it was fixed. Turns out all I had to do was turn my phone off and on again but i didn't know how. The guy at the counter explained and was really nice and efficient didn't even make me feel bad like other agents usually do. Asked him if i could give him a tip and responded with "That's why we're here. Here to help." This was one of the shortest and nicest trips to the buelevard mall. Too bad i forgot his name but he was young and hispanic. I believe this happened last wednesday night.

  MY NAME IS JACOB TICER AND IM A REAL PERSON AND THIS IS A REAL REVIEW .My phone wasnt working after a line upgrade i got on my family plan. I go in to the maryland store and the manager (black young woman wouldnt give name) told me because I upgraded my line I now have to buy a new phone and my galaxy 4 is outdated it cant pick up the waves.. She lied it got fixed in 5 seconds by holding the power button and volume up button to take it into safe mode and erase the temp memory . problem fixed and here i was about to buy all new phones because of this scam artist.. Ive still been having problems with the corp employees as well.. i get main managers on phone and they say they over charged my account and overdrafted my account for a 550$ bill when my bill is closer to 300 a month. i got rep ids and names and it doesnt matter because when it comes down to it the main managers dont even call me back when they say they will im seriously thinking of leaving this slummy company. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN I USED TO TELL EVERYONE TO JOIN TMOBILE .. NOW ITS A BAD COMPANY THE MAIN BOSSES CANT EVEN DO THEIR JOB.. THEY SAY THEY ARE RIGHT AND WE ARE WRONG UP UNTIL I HAVE ALL REP IDS AND INFO AND THEY SAY "WE ARE SO SORRY HERES A 150 CREDIT" THE CREDIT NEVER GOT ADDED HERE I AM EVERY WEEKEND ON PHONE WITH THESE PEOPLE.. DONT GO TO TMOBILE GO TO VERIZON ..

  I like the company. I prefer that store. Cool. Nice color of pink.
