  Knowlegdable Priscilla hooked me up, knew her stuff and fixed my phone in 5 minutes. Could not have been nicer

  Went in after going to many at&t retail stores -they didn't solve my problem but did manage to add DirectNOW AND CHARGED ME- EVEN THO I TOLD THEM I ALREADY HAVE DIRECT T.V. ON MY PHONE -- TOOK AT LEAST 3 1/2 HOURS TO LEAVE & THEY SOLD ME CHARGER THAT THEY SAID WOULD WORK WITH MT PHONE & I FOUND OUT LATER IT DIDNT

  I gave it that rating because that was the lowest choice I could give...poor service....can not handle a simple service like paying a bill without issues... unorganized
