  I would like to thank Mr. Robert for great attitude and precious care to help me with sim card activation issue, I had many bad experiences with t-mobile online and on-site, but this is the first time to meet someone cares, thank you sir, and wish you all best.

  This is a great location if you are a current T-mobile user or looking to become a T-Mobile customer. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  I had a big issue with my phone. Emily was patient and very knowledgeable. There was a eccentric customer ahead of me. She handled the disheveled woman perfectly! And then untangled my problem efficiently.
