  Very good customer service!!-From Chase and his patience with working with my elderly mother and Juan for helping us with a new phone set up—-very professional and attentive !!!! Highly recommend going in —the manager is doing a great job!!

  Worse customer service ever, they will lie to you about offers just to get you into a contract. Avoid this place you will. He a better dial online.

  This guys are a bad representation of any company. I went to the store to get my internet services, they promise me free installation and $50 off in the first bill, and yes I got it In written. I have to call to customer service because I got changed for the $99 dollars instalation fee. Then, I called the guy for tonthe store to claim my $50 dollars form the offer, JUAN took my info and told me that he is going to call me back in an hour, when I called him back, first they did not picked up the phone, then the second time the other representative told me that he was extremely busy at the end JUAN never called back. Are you serious, this people are the Low on customer services playing high school games? I done with you guys, for now I called AT&T and open a claim with customer service, so in the future you guys can sell your lies and ilegal practices elsewhere. Really disappointed how AT&T allow this kind of practices from their dealers.

  I was helped by the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager with my iCloud issues and the experience was amazing. They were patient and kind with me but most importantly, they fixed the issue.
