  They weren't up front about the extra money you have to pay to buy a phone in-store. Skip the "upgrade support charge" and buy your phone online.

  Staff was friendly from the moment I walked in the door until I left...wasnt pushy at all. Was helpful in every way, tried to get me discounts on data. Overall very pleasant experience.

  Had been thinking about switching to t-mobile from AT&T for a while now. After seeing the "One" plan we decided to stop in and actually check it out. We picked this location since it had better reviews than the ones around the area and the reviews were spot on. We were assisted by Barry who was very helpful throughout the whole process. We had a few issues pop up such as verifying identity for credit purposes and having to deal with apple customer support due to having an associated yahoo email as the icloud email (yahoo was hacked and we couldn't switch over the iPhone due to this). All of this caused the process to be much longer than it should have been and Barry was patient and kind through all of it. We ended up with 3 new phones and a tablet which was used as the 4th line. It did take 2 days to get our numbers ported over, but it was easy to get in contact with customer service and get an actual time frame of when it would be done. AT&T customer service was one of the reasons we left in the first place, so that was nice first experience of dealing with customer service. Anyway, we are happy with our purchase and decision to switch to t-mobile. I would highly recommend going to the belle isle location if you are thinking of getting t-mobile. With everything that happened during our visit a bad staff member could have made the experience pretty awful, but everyone at bell isle was pretty cool and not once did they make us feel bad for having so many issues pop up. 5 stars for belle isle t-mobile!
