  Nice corporate location with friendly staff. However, they required an authorized user to be present in order to put a new SIM card in my phone, even though the phone rep already received permission from the authorized user for me to pick up the SIM card in person. This created a significant inconvenience and a less pleasant experience.

  The lady I was talking with on the phone had a horrible attitude and hung up on me. Awful service.

  Had to cancel my dad's account due to his passing. The manager, Jeff, was a respectful and quick. His service was very much appreciated.

  The entirety of att is a complete scam to screw customers anyway they can clambor for it. They imposes data caps WHICH HAVE NEVER EXISTED BEFORE UNTIL THEY GOT SUPER GREEDY AS A COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A HUMAN BEING ONLY $$$$$ AT YOUR EXPENSE I HAVE GLADLY RIPPED EVERY SERVICE FROM THEM BYE BYE AND GOOD RIDANCE

  Remember When AT&T was the only game in town? And they acted like it too. Now that they are no longer the 300 pound gorilla, they have cleaned up their act. They are now helpful and friendly, and courteous. But they are also extremely busy, so call I had for an appointment, or go online. Otherwise you will have to take a number when you get there and wait.
