  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! After not having the resolution to my concern Joey, a sales manager REPRESENTING T-MOBILE hung up on me! I went to the store to speak with a manager, he happens to be the manager on duty. He then informed me that T-Mobile “trains their staff to hang up on customers who are instigating problems.” Since when does a addressing a concern entail “instigation?” The worse part, T-Mobile never once called to address this or any issue! SHOULD HAVE TOOK MY BUSINESS TO VERIZON!!!! NO STARS!!!!

  Es una tienda poco profesional !!!! No me quisieron entregar un teléfono que cambie en Tmobile que tenía garantía, solo me tenían que entregar el paquete que me manadaron y ellos me dijeron que no habían recibido nada , cuando yo verifique por Ups que si estaba ahí, llame a Tmobile hablaron con ellos pero fue un caso perdido una desgaste de tiempo , entonces me cancelaron la orden y la volvieron hacer para enviarlo a la tienda que está en la 106 th, no vuelvo a entrar a una tienda donde lo único que les importa es recibir pagos y vender teléfonos , no hay ningún tipo de ayuda para uno como consumidor , son una bola de ineptos que no saben que es un buen servicio al cliente y lo que esto conlleva 😡

  Worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE STORE. Because of retail stores like this one T-Mobile loses its customers.

  Supervisor John is the most rudest manager I have ever met in life. He was unprofessional and was trying to tell me what I was going to get. I told him what I wanted and he told me the price I tried to explain that I called on the phone and they told me a different price. He mentioned they don't add up the tax and was telling me I was going to get a 32 gig phone. Why was he trying to sell me short.
