  I asked them for an old useless nanosim card to unlock my phone. They wanted $25. Went to Flatbush wireless across the street and got it for free. I offered to pay sonething and those guys across the street refused the cash. Common people. Have som comon scence.

  Friendly staff and good service. T Mobile seems to hire the better representatives.
