  Never go there find another sprint store . The manager is rude and the rest of the employees.. atleast I'm never going over there again

  Today I went to pay my bill inside of a Sprint store at 1572 Flatbush Ave. Brooklyn NY 11210. The young lady that took my money was very rude. Her name is Yvonne Ndiaye. She said your phone will be back on in 15 minutes. After a half hour had passed I called the store and she answered and said what do you want Mr Royster I then asked when Will I be able to use my phone she answered your going to have to wait and she hung up on me. I then called back and asked if I could speak to the manager she said she's not here and hung up again. I called one more time a half hour later and she said what the **** the managers not here and hung up. I called Sprint bill pay and they had the same issue but they have it recorded. This is not professional.I'm actually thinking about changing services after today's debacle. Its upsetting.

  I am a sprint customer with a note2. Walked into store to look at adding a line and wanted to take a look at the phones available. Salesman approached and did the normal inquiry. When I stated I just wanted to look at the phones available he continued to hound me about what I really needed..a case, headphones etc. I just told him I wanted to look at the devices. He then stayed on my shoulder as if he feared I was a shoplifter. I left the store. Really makes me want to switch carriers.
