  My mother wanted this experience shared. Here are her words ‘I was in here yesterday to make a bill payment and the lady claudia helped me then i had questions and claudia took the time to answer and explain everything to me.’ For my mom to be this happy, customer service is on point.

  Chris, the owner of the Mineola T-Mobile store, has the patience of a saint! I came in with my old and damaged, Galaxy 5, that was being replaced with a Galaxy 6, thru insurance. I had to transfer the data from one phone to the other and got really frustrated trying to do it on my own. While Chris helped me, he greeted each new customer as they came into the store. As I happily waited for my information to move from one phone to another, I witnessed so many satisfied customers being taking care of at this location. My local T-Mobile where I live 20 minutes away, lost me as a customer, and I was at the point where I was going to give up on T-Mobile, until I walked into the Mineola location. What a difference customer service makes. Keep up the good work Chris!
