  I had a horrid experience with the associate Leroy..He was rude and tried very hard to get me to argue with him..He told me to go home & charge up my phone & come back another day..I did not get this type of reacting one week ago when I came in and spoke with a Tyran female associate. She ordered my HTC 10 phone & I came in to get my warranty exchange cell but this Leroy guy harassed me & pushed me to get very irritated with him over me picking up my warranty exchange..i will not be going back to that store ever. Apparently here at this store a customer don't mean a thing...This was unacceptable...Poor service..He can not work with customers at all..

  My husband went in and asked for a silver iPhone8. He paid in full and left. This was for a birthday gift. Bottom line is that when I opened my gift it was not a silver iPhone. We took it back and store manager said we had to pay a $50 to exchange. Not very happy with this outcome. Lesson of the day always check for what you are paying for because you can't trust people to do the job right.

  Excellent customer service. David, the manager went above and beyond to take care of an issue that was clearly the responsibility of the manufacturer,saving me hours of frustration dealing with a corporate giant. Thanks, David! You really "get it" when it comes to customer service. It's because of this high level of customer service and professionalism that I've been with T-Mobile for more than 15 years and will continue to stay with T-Mobile.

  Every time I go to this store they are so helpful. Yes its a little busy but it's because they take there time with there customers even with me. I know people now and days think the world revolves around then and can't wait. I wait because I know the kind of service that I'm going t get. They are helpful and at times they introduce me to new apps that I myself don't know about. They treat me like family. Thanks Guy!!!
