::I went to Hardin to get help with my iPhone which was restarting repeatedly. Jennifer was up front with me and told me they are very limited with what they can do with phones. It looks like they specialize more with apple computers. Regardless, even though I showed up 45 min before close and Rick was busy, he still took time to look at my phone and even tested out a new battery to see if that was the problem FOR FREE! It turned out to not be the problem, so Jennifer suggested I take it to an apple store. I ended up having to pay $300 for a new phone at the apple store but I do not regret going to Hardin first. I really appreciate them taking time to look at my phone! Thank you Rick and Jennifer.

::Don’t waste hours of your time even trying to mess with an Apple store. Went here for a iPhone battery replacement after multiple hour long ordeals at Apple store. From initial phone call to check stock, to having my phone repaired, these guys took about 45 minutes and now my phone works like new. Couldn’t be any more pleased.

::8-year-old Mac died of old age and wouldn't boot. Apple Store couldn't even get their usual diagnostic tests to run on it, much less recover any data. Hardin tech successfully recovered the entire hard drive and would have been able to install a new one and get the machine working again if I'd wanted. Would definitely come here again for repair work or just buying Apple products in general.

::This was a great experience! Nice, knowledgeable workers who resolved my phone problem within 20 minutes. Customer service really is everything and these guys have got it down to a T! I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of Apple help, you are much better off going here than to the Apple store where they try to charge you an arm and a leg. If I have trouble again, this is exactly where I'm headed!
