::Terrible experience my father went to get a tablet sold to him by the company on the phone they told him he only had to pay the taxes at the store and pick up the tablet. A young lady helping my father started the process. The manager came out and told him he had to pay an additional fee so my father explained to the manager what the company had told him over the phone he didnt say one word snatched the tablet from young lady and put the tablet back in storage. BEYOND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL DONT BUY HERE

::Worst store ever. Workers here are trained to lie in order to sell. They offer articles saying that you won’t have to pay for it and then you have to either pay it or be fighting with them every month for them to add the f****** credit

::This is the only tmobile that I have been to in which people that came into the store after you are taken care of first. They also don’t honor exchanges from other stores. I bought a case a week ago along with an iPhone 8 Plus. I no longer want the case (which has ABSOLUTELY no damage to it) and was told by the representative that I have to go back to the store that I purchased it to exchange it. This is a straight up LIE. I immediately called customer service and was assured that this is not T-Mobile’s policy. That I can go to any T-Mobile store and exchange any item bought in any other T-Mobile store. I must also put out there that the case WAS NOT purchased at an authorized dealer, but a legitimate T-Mobile store. I also proceeded to filing a complaint with the representative on the phone. T-Mobile customers be wary of this store as this is not my first negative experience here. I would totally prefer to travel to Queens and not deal with the nasty attitudes of young Bronxites that do not know the meaning of customer service. I would definitely give the store no stars if at all possible.

::If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I am a new customer to T-mobile from AT&T and I needed to update my last 4 SSN that was not correct in the system. I called 611 the rep informed me that I have to go to the store with my ID and they would update it. The reps at this store said they could not do it! And when I asked them what am I supposed to do they said I have to call 611 again! They had attitudes and have very poor customer service skills! I went home to call T-mobile the next rep said not to go back to that store because they do not know what they are doing! I will go to another T-mobile store tomorrow. If I get a hard time again I will go right back to At&T. Truly disgusted as a new customer!
