  Friendly and welcoming staff. Never had an issue here, unlike many mobile stores.

  Staff was not extremely concerned I was there shopping for a phone. More interested in hanging out with the group of thug friends loitering in store. Will not be going back anytime in the future even though it is closer than other Tmobile stores.

  We were staying at a hotel down the street, they couldn't print our tickets for the baseball game for us. Walked down to this store and told them the situation. Courtney had no problem doing it for us! Phenomenal customer service and makes us want to stay with T-Mobile!
