  I called for information on parts and the person who answered was rude and dismissive since the store does not sell parts.

  I’ve used this company many times in the past. It’s been a while, but Eric B has always been knowledgeable and fair. He’s saved me a lot of work, several times.

  EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE!! Aweful aweful aweful support and help! If you want helpful people and don’t want people lying to your face and talking down to you, THEN DONT GO HERE! I just wanted my computer fixed and when they started lying to me they kept hanging up my calls. I also work in retail and know how awful people can get, so trust me I was not rude or unkind in anyway! I was pleasantly and friendly and I was not treated the same way. This is the worst place I have ever been involved with and I will make sure no one I like (or hate) will ever go here. I don’t want anymore contact with you guys! Don’t call me after reading this review, I just can’t be belittled anymore.

  WOW Super RUDE. Called asking about a power button for an HP laptop, already know thats the problem. The guys said it would be $95 to fix it and i wanted to just buy the button and cable off of him (its like $10). He said sorry not worth my time bye and hung up. What a dick.

  Got a refurbished laptop and a SSD to replace the spinning rust drive in it, but the replacement proved beyond my skill level, so rather than mess it up, I looked for someone to do it for me, and found these folks. They are courteous, up front about the issues involved (which I knew--that was why I wanted them to do the work:), and prompt. I would recommend them without hesitation.
