  The one star is for the horrible customer service. My wife loves the product. I stopped by around 2:45 pm Dec 21 2017. I wasn't even greeted with a hello. Security gard chatting with someone not paying attention at all! The lady behind the register did not offer help at all! I had to come to the one on Westfield mall for good service! Unacceptable.

  Went to get replacement charm for my bracelet. Very good choices there. Price ok.

  The staff was rather busy chatting with each other than serving the customers. But ok. The choice of products is good and the latest collections are available.

  Perfect shopping experience. Beautiful store. Fantastic, helpful manager -- he's a great reflection on the legendary brand.

  Employees were nice. Price in store was different then what it was when I called and asked. Talk to the manager and he gave it to me at the quoted price. Really nice guy,
