  Very poor service from Wade. I think it's a scam operating within this location... Heirloom Engravers. If you're thinking of dropping off your gifts to get engraved by them., I would think twice. I had such a horrible experience with this person. I dropped off my leather bags to him with the promise that he would engrave them in time for my kid's graduation., and he wouldn't return calls or emails. I waited for a month without any reply from him. I almost called the cops just so that I can get my bags back before my Son's graduation. He didn't even bother to start the engraving. By this point., I was just happy to get them back.

  What a gorgeous store! The selection of watches and jewelry are bar none. Jason was fantastic and patient, his watch knowledge deep. I would highly recommend!
