  If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I come to this hospital I am so disappointed. Especially being post nursing school, your staff really needs to do better. Every time I have come here they throw their hands up in the air and say they don’t know what’s wrong and just treat the symptoms and push us out. Not only that, but last time I dropped off someone who was presented with vomiting for 3 days, they did not even give an IV until the patient demanded it. That’s pathetic. The only person actually doing their job there is the security guard.

  Very dissatisfied with this hospital. My son was in ICU and one hour after the breathing tube was out they moved him to a regular room. With his condition they should’ve kept him there a little long for more observation. When he arrived to the regular room he told the nurse that he needs to use the bathroom and the told to walk to the bathroom, which means she didn’t read his chart because he’s a fall risk. The staff come in the room or walking done the hall on personal call very unprofessional talking loud, patients are here trying to heal. It should be a silent zone. He’s bedding wasn’t clean from the night before.

  Brought my son in for a broken arm and they didn’t offer anything to help make him comfortable. No ice or even a Tylenol. Once back there 5 hours later waiting the staff was nice and helpful. Could definitely have been done better.

  Excruciatingly long wait Time despite not very many people being there. Was told I couldn't receive a blanket in the lobby so I was forced to wait until I was called back and even then they told me they would give me one and never did. Was told I'd be given motrin for the fever had I, they never brought that either. Waited 2 and a half hours to see the doctor to only talk with her for 5 minutes if that. Then when I asked the nurse for advise when he brought my paperwork to leave he's said it was allergies and he didn't really know what I could do when the word allergies was no where on my paperwork or had been discussed with the doctor as I've never had allergies. Overall felt like a huge waste of time.

  I had the worst experience of my life here on Saturday, 12/19/20. I came in at 3 AM for a series of infected abscesses. I was laughed at, asked half a dozen times if I was on drugs, denied any painkillers or antibiotics until after the operation, denied sedation, and operated on without giving any time for local anesthetic to set in, despite my screaming in pain and begging them to wait for the lidocaine to take effect. Then they refused me a room and discharged me, refusing to even let me stay in bed until my ride arrived. I couldn't sit because of the wounds, so they told me to go lay on the waiting room floor or leave. It was 35 degrees outside at 6 AM, but I left and found a bus stop bench to lay on and wait for my ride. I wish I were making this up, but sadly this is how I was treated. It may also be worth mentioning that I'm transgender, but anyone being treated this way is disgusting.
