  In my experience the front desk people and assistants to the doctors have no communication or know what they are doing (ex. One says we cannot help, another person will say it's possible, doctor will give instructions and fd will contradict). 2/3 of my doctors were constantly trying to rush me out after 10 minutes (tbh all drs do this nowadays). They have very few specialty doctors. They do not do great at working with your insurance or responding to requests from insurances (ex. I missed out on 6 months of my medication due to a clerical error on their end). I wish these were all one offs but this happened to me fairly consistantly and my final problems ended with a complaint to the CA medical board. Every experience is different and maybe I was just unlucky so if you do end up going here I hope you don't have to go through all the pain that I did.
