I loved it. The location was awesome for the price and the customer service was superb, from Karla with a "K" at the front desk. The room was clean, comfy, and non smoking an added bonus! They even held a bag I left behind and Karla had it waiting behind the desk. Was in and out in 5 min. Will definitely stay there again. Probably for Pride in Phx.

This was one of the worst places we've ever stayed at while in Phoenix for medical purposes. Upon our arrival in Phoenix, we stopped at this motel, and we were turned away due to no vacancies, but if we wanted to pay $300+ dollars we could get a room possibly. We left thinking we might find something cheaper and closer to the hospital but no such luck, so rather then driving all the way back to the Motel 8, I called. This time the person I spoke to indicated that there was availability and that I only needed to pay $100+ with a credit card to hold the room til we got there. Upon arrival, we were given the room key and we're told where to go. The room was awful & dirty. Not to mention all the amenities that had been advertised such as the pool weren't what they were dressed up to be. The pool was filthy, just really dirty. We had been looking forward to relaxing pool side after 6 hours of driving from NM. I think what was most upsetting was the fact that we had been lied to about vacancies, and prices. I felt as if the first time around when we had been told we could get a room if we were willing to charge $300+ bucks. The only reason we returned to this Motel 8 was because we were exhausted, hungry & frustrated and couldn't find any vacancies anywhere else, or that was any cheaper. It's definitely awful to feel unwelcomed, taken advantage of, disrespected and and discriminated against. What if the $300+ had been charged to my credit card, then come to find out the employee was only looking out for themselves and being greedy. This makes me wonder how often this happens and how many people actually fall for it. How awful. We feel disappointed in the service that we received for the stay that we got! This experience definitely ruined our stay, and gives us a whole nother aspect of customer service an what it means to others.

This was a great place to stay!!! The Staff was friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was great. I will stay there again and encourage friends and family to stay there as well. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful and restful. Thank you Super 8!!!

This place will rip you off if you are not careful!!! I went in on 2-16-18, and realized I mistakenly made my reservation for 3-16-18. So the young lady at the front desk, refunded my reservation and said it would credit to my account in 3 days. 2 weeks later,it's still not there. I've spoken with the owner/manager,a few times. He said it was refunded the day of...and it's not his problem because it was sent. He is incredibly rude and not helpful in the slightest. Another thing,is their breakfast room is dirty, and the bagels were stale. The only thing good about this place is the location...thats about it. The owner is supposed to be in the hospitality business...but his service was not even close. I will tell my friends and family and to you who is reading this review, save yourself the trouble and go to any hotel but this one.

Location was right close to downtown. The rooms were absolutely nice, expect for the small pillows. The breakfast was good but not a lot of choices as for morning brunch. I enjoyed my night
