  I work here and this place is the most beautiful most clean hotel in fort worth prices are very cheap as well

  This place is no good the people who work the desk and owners do not have a heart a family of 4 was waiting on someone to bring money for them to pay the room they had no car they asked to if they could wait in the lobby and they said no that with there stuff and them does not make the place look good for business they had to wait outside in the heat and refused them the restrooms while they wait for someone to pay the room. That is so wrong you can't treat Gods people that way the workers and owners had a very bad attitude and very disrespectful. Not a place to be. They deserve no stars at all

  Horrible, horrible place doesn't even have an elevator!!! And older gentleman with a prose tickets leg had to climb those stairs with his luggage.. I had my baby luggage stroller and a bag with hygiene necessities all while goingredients up the stairs, we weren't even advised that they didn't have one before booking our room.. Paid 109 for supposedly a suite and the A.C didn't even work, blankets and couch were stained. When I asked to get moved there was no other rooms available which was very frustrating all we wanted to do was rest for one night. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Highly recommend not to stay there!!!

  Staff was polite and helpful it was just the room was not the one so he referred me to a hotel down the way which turned out to not work as well because they had bugs in the bed plain as day. But thanks for being helpful that is appreciated very much

  Met a client here for a chance to expand my network as an independent contractor. The hotel provided a basic set of required accommodations for such an occasion. Service was neither noticable nor expected outside of the bare minimum. Not the cleanest, freshest or most fragrant, but nothing that caused any problems either.
