  Breakfast was mediocre. No tv guide or tv guide channel. Beds were ok but a bit firm for my liking, hubby was happy though. Pillows were decent, just not as good as my own. Air conditioner unit was terrible - only choice was warm. First room had dirty towels in the bathroom and a.c. Unit wouldn't come on at all. The second room was better, the a.c. Seemed to work but even when we woke up the next morning, room still had never cooled off.

  VERY RUDE OFFICE PERSONNEL: stayed here 10-15-2016 got charged $63.48 & $37.47 on credit card & $27.00 cash husband went to office & was told it would be credited back to card. didnt get credited back to our card BUT IT CLEARED called up there yesterday 10-17-2016 & the office person yelled @ me " you can call back & talk to the manager tomorrow!" i called & spoke with the manager today 10-18-2016 & was told it was credited back to my account that night shes done everything on her end if its not there by end of the day check with my bank & ive only stayed there 5 times!! apparently being a paying customer 5 times isnt good enough for this location!! I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER ANOTHER MOTEL/HOTEL/INN (or a Baymont at another location)

  Rude Rude Rude, Front Desk Staff was awful, We called to ask a question about breakfast for my elderly father and the person who answers the phone hung up on my face. Seriously? Never again Don't waste your time or your money. This place is a rat hole.

  I used my Wyndham Rewards points for this room. It was OK, although I would probably look for a different location in the future. The facility seems pretty old, and the location isn't in the best of neighborhoods. I didn't have a problem, but I also never felt totally comfortable with the surroundings. The bed was comfortable, though, and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast certainly left some to be desired.
