Absolutely amazing place! They offer variety yoga classes especially aerial silk classes that are not easy to find in any other yoga places. The instructors and members there are super friendly. The instructor will consider your level and you will fit in quite well even you are just a yoga beginner.

Loved the vibe of the studio and everyone was very welcoming. The aerial yoga class was awesome! It was challenging, but fun!

Did the Ariel Yoga class with a group of friends. It was amazing! Exceeded our expectations! The instructor was hands on, very helpful, and checked to ensure we achieved the move she taught us. I highly Recommend Sunshine yoga shack to anyone!

The place is great. It’s very warming and charming. The colors are well balanced and you feel welcome. I attended the nutrition meeting and it’s very informative. I had a great time. Sunshine Yoga Shack is the best place for YOGA and SILK YOGA.

Very nice studio and friendly instructors. Not sure if I got much out of the classes though. They instructors are very hands-off. They don’t correct you if your pose is wrong. I’m not sure that’s because they don’t want to embarrass you or they just don’t care. I understand if you don’t have to have the poses perfectly done, but if I’m way off, I’d like some correction. The power yoga class is very hard to follow along. I’ve done yoga many times I couldn’t follow, so it’s definitely not for starters. They just walk you through the poses once or twice and let you do them on your own. Personally I can’t remember all the steps and when to breathe. I almost walked out midway a few times due to frustration. The heated yoga class was hot at all. I was wearing a light sweater through the whole session and barely broke a sweat. The yin class was just mediocre. One instructor talks too much it was kind of distracting. The music can be like that sometimes, too.
