  Very rude customer service. You pay $30+ a month for a gym that has rusty, old equipment that hasn't look like it has ever been cleaned. The pool and hot tub are disgusting, like they rarely clean it. Even the water fountains don't work. Then they have the audacity to charge a random $50 for "equipment", when their equipment feels like it will fall apart. Definitely find another gym and get your money's worth! Cause it won't be here...

  Michael Douglas had an easier time getting rid of Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction then I have getting 24hr. Fitness to stop debating my account

  Awesome. Really equiped on all levels. So much to do when it comes to types and kinds of training. There is something for everyone even the kids. Friendly staff and atmosphere they create. It's a place to be, train and get fit.

  Let me start by saying that this review is about the 24 hour fitness located on walnut creek and 287 in Mansfield. I can't speak for any other location but this location has the worst customer service I've ever seen in the industry. I started a membership and a month later I brought my nephew in to start a membership. Everything was fine until about 3 weeks later, I get a call from 24 hour and they start questioning me about my nephews membership. I ask them why they were calling me about him and they said because he was an add on to my account. I explained to them that I didn't authorize anybody to be added to my account and they said I had to call the corporate office . Today 3-21-18, I go to work out and they said my annual dues came out of my nephews debit card , I asked them why it wasn't taken out of mine and they said my debit card info . wasn't in the system, again I tell them to remove my nephew from my account and they said they are not authorized to . I told the girl, you are the one who added him to my account, how can you be authorized to put him on but can't take him off , makes no sense, she then suggest that she can cancel my nephews account and restart him a new one but he would have to pay his dues again, are you kidding me , you guys make a mistake and your answer is make a member pay you double, what an idiot , makes no sense. I asked her how I can fix this issue and she said the manager but he don't get there until 8-9, I asked which one is it , 8 or 9 , her answer was she didn't know , the managers just show up when they want to , again, makes no sense. After getting home I called the corporate office and they said I have to call a manager who will there between 9-10 , wow , nobody has a set schedule there , makes no sense . I finally get a hold of a manager (Jimmy), who says the issue will be fixed in 3 days, makes no sense! ! If you have another gym closer , I would recommend you check them out first, seems like a huge headache at 24 hour fitness. A mistake on their part is taking weeks to fix and I will never bring anybody there again so they can be added to my account without my knowledge.

  24 Hour is a great gym. The atmosphere here is wonderful, the workout area is large with plenty of equipment in decent condition they have just about anything you could want to do to get a good workout. The G24X room is really nice and well kept as well as the Basketball Court, Racquetball Areas, Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub. The pool is large it's a great place for a swim workout. All in all it's a great gym. Admittedly it could be bigger but it is a good use of what space they have. I like the classes here a lot there is always tons of energy created by the instructors who really seem to enjoy their jobs. The locker rooms are stocked and clean which is definitley a good thing considering the amount of traffic. The employees working here are approachable helpful and friendly. Overall I love coming here. It's a good place to workout and relieve stress.
