  Nice people. But they hit you for gap insurance last second while signing for your new beautiful lease. Mine went up $6 a month. Not a lot but very sneaky. Beware.

  Sunrise Toyota is the best on L.I. An absolutely stress-free experience. Our salesman John Hertlein made our purchase enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable, and attentive to all our needs and concerns. He never pushed or pressured the sale. My husband and I took our time choosing our vehicle . The staff let us have the space to focus on our decision, unlike other places we visited. John is a top-notch employee. With his personality, he gave us the time and attention we needed to be sure this was the right purchase. We will highly recommend Sunrise Toyota to all our friends. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

  I felt compelled to share my sincere appreciation for the quality of service that I receive at Sunrise Toyota. I would specifically like to mention Bruce Rabin, who is the General Sales Manager. Bruce is a hidden gem. I have known him for many years and have never owned another vehicle besides Toyota's in my 28 years of driving. Every car I have purchased has been a Toyota through Sunrise Toyota’s dealership. My immediate family has also purchased numerous Toyota’s and a month ago I sent a friend of mine to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. She was very happy with her choice and loves her Camry. Bruce was very kind to her and the way he always knows how to handle his customers in a special way makes me so confident when I refer people to this dealership. Bruce seems to always be accessible to his customers even if he is off! It is very comforting to know he is there. He is unique, smart and a total asset to this dealership. He has such a sincerity and warmth about him and I always feel so trusting and comfortable with the quality of customer care that I receive from him.   Probably one of the best and the least time-consuming experience we've had when purchasing a car! My husband and I were very particular about what we wanted in our next purchase and how much we were willing to pay for it. Efrain Pagan had come highly recommended by a mutual friend and he definitely lived up to it! Everything was lined up, prior to us actually making our trip to the showroom. So when we got there all there was to do was for us to sign, pick up the keys and drive home in our brand new car! Definitely worth making the trip from Yonkers to LI!!!

  This was by far the best car buying experience I have had, and it was all due to working with an extremely professional salesman - Mike Washington. I recently bought a 2016 Corolla from Mike W. and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. He was courteous and very professional and helpful, he answered all the questions that I had and even helped me narrow down my choices to the best fit for me and my lifestyle. Mike W. was easily accessible whenever I tried to contact him with questions or concerns. The facility was also clean and brand new, all employees were professional and truly helped make the experience painless, from sales to finance and service.
