  After my regular dentist retired I found another dentist referred by a family member but I decided it was too far to drive when I needed to go in for a visit. I decided to given Dr. Crouch a try since he was just right down the hall from my office. Best idea ever! He takes the time to explain everything in detail, and he will not let you be in pain for any reason. The dental staff are great and very friendly and take time to answer any questions you have.

  This place didn’t tell me that they are out of network for my insurance. They were nice at first and went over the fees with me, telling me my insurance will cover this much and I’m only responsible for this much. Which was very straight forward at the time. I ended up paying out of pocket around $400-$450. Now they sent a collector to go after me saying I owed them $1000. The insurance company told me because they are out of network but they didn’t tell me that from the beginning. They said we take your insurance and your insurance will cover this and that. They already collected around $400 something from the insurance and $400 something from me. Now they want other $1000. Private pay is way less than that. That’s very shady and not honest business. If they told me from the beginning about being out of network, I would go somewhere else that was in net work. Very unprofessional and will not recommend.

  I have always been afraid to go to the DENTIST, as I'm sure everyone is. I mean , by the time we do go it's usually because we don't have any choice anymore. That was my case. I was really bad off. Old fillings, and a broken tooth that was falling apart, and countless other problems. So I called 1800 DENTIST, they helped me find a DENTIST that accepted my insurance , and I could see on Saturdays so I didn't have to miss work. I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door, it just seemed like I knew everyone for years. Everyone was so knowledgeable , Dr. Crouch answered all my questions , before any work was started. I didn't feel like I was being rushed into getting started. Jennifer is Great ! she sat with me, and we discussed the financial part , she had a detail statement of what I was paying for and what my insurance was responsible for again I never felt rushed . I know this review is long, but there is no way I can sum up in just a few words, how Fantastic this group of people are and what a difference they have made in my life! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a Dentist! GREAT JOB GUYS YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!

  Dr. Crouch and his team are top notch. They made me feel very comfortable as I have not always been excited to visit the dentist. Will definitely be going back in for check ups in a few months.

  Dr. Crouch and the staff made me feel so welcome and taught me the value of my teeth for the rest of my life! The most thorough exam while explaining the meaning of my needs to me. Financing made saying YES to some basic needs seamless! Highly recommend!
