  Best dental experience I've had to date. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable! They are very up to date in technology and do one of the most extensive exams I have ever had. You feel well taken care of. The staff is great as well! Friendly and caring. I highly recommend this group!

  It was great in the beginning. The staff were friendly and Dr. Brigati seemed very nice, confident and knowledgeable. However, as time went on, I began to feel badgered and pressured by the dentist into high-priced treatment plans, some of which I feel were ultimately unnecessary. Once, I paid for a very expensive crown installation, only to have the crown and tooth extracted a few short months later. I paid twice. Afterwards, I became more skeptical about the high end treatments I was told I needed thereafter. On one of my last visits with her, I felt dehumanized and berated by her after I challenged the order in which she wanted to treat my cavities. I wanted the front done first (for cosmetic reasons and price wise), however she felt we should start with the larger cavities, which were also the priciest and had the potential to swallow all of my ins benefits for the year in one or two sessions. For me. That was the last straw. Thinking back, I also remember how upset I felt during visits when the techs had to redo my x-rays several times due to not getting the “right” picture the first time around. This happened so regularly that I just expected it and the thought of receiving those extra doses of radiation, no matter how small, concernd me. I am happy to have found a practice with a more conservative approach. If you choose this practice base on the many glowing reviews here, I suggest you just speak up sooner rather than later if you feel uncomfortable about any aspect of your care.

  Dr Brigati and her staff have been taking care of my chompers for 16 years now. The professionalism, attention to detail, and warm care has remained steady. Best dentist in Fort Worth!

  I have seen Dr. Brigati for several years. She and her staff have been extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I've recommended Dr. Brigati to family and friends in the area, and I've never heard a negative comment about their visits either.
