  Sales floor was bustling! This experienced, professional sales staff easily handled multiple customers and completed sales with calm efficiency...ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND...DURING A PARADE!!! No mistakes, no drama. Impressive.

  This is considered a car dealership? Worst one I have ever been to. First thing they do is swarm you like vultures when you get into the parking lot. Then once you sit down and start talking, things change. As soon as they find out you don’t make the amount of money they want you to make, things change. Rita (the saleswoman) made a disgusted face when it came to financials. So did the used car sales manager stating I would never get the car I wanted. Once they start submitting forms to the bank, don’t expect them to get back to you. YOU have to call THEM to see what progress is being made. At the end of it all, I found another dealer for the exact same car and it was cheaper than Schumacher wanted to sell it to me for. I tried one last time to make a deal, but they didn’t care about making the deal with me. Instead, I was told BY A MANAGER, “I would love to know what bank approved you.” Well, if you want to know, you can go ahead and give me a call. I will also email you pictures of my brand new car I got from another Chevy dealer. Glad to see the car you were going to sell me is still just sitting there and you’re not making money off of it. By the way in order to make the deal, they’ll lie and tell you they own other Chevy dealerships such as Hawthorne Chevrolet and Conner Chevrolet. You can stop lying, Rita. We called and we know those dealerships aren’t owned by the same owner. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid going to this place that is considered a dealership.

  My family recently purchased a car here. They provided us with exactly what we were looking for! It could not have been a better experience! The customer service was a amazing!

  IF YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS IN YOUR CAR THAT ARE REMOVABLE, BEWARE!!! Service people stole my two....$80. brand new rear rubber mats when I left my car there for service. BUT unfortunately for me, I did not discover that fact for weeks. Why.....because I never go to the back seat of my car. I never, ever have any passengers in my back seat. I am the ONLY DRIVER, therefore, no one has access to my keys. I never had my car washed since I bought it. I discovered the mats missing because I dropped my ring and was searching under the seats and also in the back of the car, that's when I realized that the rear rubber mats were missing. The ONLY PEOPLE who had access to my car were the service people in Little Falls.

  I am most gracious and thankful for the service I received from the entire staff at Schumacher Chevrolet in Little Falls. From the moment I walked in, to the minute I drove off in my gorgeous 2018 Malibu, I was treated like a Queen and NOT a number. Kevin Hanley was my salesman and let me tell you, you cannot get a more genuine, honest and truthful human being than this man. While I was awaiting for my credit approval, a beautiful woman came to sit next to me and we began some idle chit chat. She introduced herself as Judy, the owner of the establishment, and her mere presence comforted the slightest bit of anxiety I had while going through this process. The financial and service staff were absolutely amazing and down to earth. All dealerships should take note of the honesty, integrity, and professionalism that Schumacher in Little Falls upholds. Judy, you have an AWARD WINNING TEAM! Thank you for making this experience pain and hassle free. 10 stars in book!
