  I've been going to this place for over 10 years. I've seen them change a few times over a decade. Since the latest change, I noticed my oil is darker than usual. Normally I get a high mileage oil and have paid extra for it. I asked if they are still using high mileage oil and was reassured a few times. Last time I was there they forgot to put the oil cap on. After 30 minutes of driving, I see smoke coming from my engine. I stop, open the hood and see the cap to the left and oil all over my engine. Luckily the cap was wedged in, I've heard stories where others weren't so lucky. When I spoke to the manager about this, he kept saying, "My guys would never forget to cap it." My mechanic had asked me to see if would wash it, so he can then figure out what is wrong with my car. The manager agrees to do an engine wash in 2 weeks. In the meantime you guys should read the other stories on these reviews. Sorry if this was long. I work a lot and now have to take my remaining free time to take care of problems. I used to really love this place too.

  My car was damaged at this car wash. The spoiler was damaged. The manager did not take responsibility and said that I caused the damage by wiping off the snow. The scratch marks were a perfect line from left to right. It had to be caused by machinery. Very uncooperative.

  I took my car here and paid for the $25 dollar service and my car was left the same way when I brought it there!! The outside was clean but the inside was not vacuumed and I was told that it was because I had stuff inside and they were not going to touch my stuff. When I tell you that my car was dirty and needed a good vacuum and they left it the same way it was when I got there! Do not go here it will be a waste of time and money

  We have been coming to this location for years to get your car washed occasionally we have got the oil changed here as well. It's a quick and easy service you can drive and have your oil changed and then you get a free car wash with it so it's an all-in-one service. It's A good price for us. They also sell air fresheners and car mats and all accessories for your car and the prices are not bad either. If you have little kids they might really enjoy watching the car go through the car wash as you can watch it from behind the glass all the way through initial washing to soaping to final waxing. They also have a membership so after so many carwashes you get one free. Which is free to join.
