::Everyone is very polite and helpful in the branch, on the phone it's a different story. Their app if you can call it that is horrendous, it makes it excruciating to deposit a check online. They really should bring their technology forward from the 1990's to today.

::Beyond angry. I had fraudulent charges from my debit card getting hacked. I was told there would be a 3-6 business day investigation. When I called on the 7th day, I was told I would have to take care of the matter by myself through the company that the charges were made through. This was after almost two weeks. No phone call, nothing. I have been with this bank over a decade. Customer service has died at this bank. I’m disgusted and disappointed at the lack of concern or even interest in this issue.

::Nicole did a great job assisting us with the closing paperwork on our new home. She went above and beyond, by taking the time to scan and send the closing paperwork via email to the title company. She was also kind enough to make us copies of the paperwork. She made our closing painless and easy!
