  An older woman and a younger black man were working and they were absolutely amazing. The man made my sandwich and did a great job and was so very friendly. My only problem was that the boss, an older Indian man was being terrible to them. The woman wrapped a sub wrong somehow and the boss ripped into her and then began rudely asking the boy if he was listening. They were each clearly embarrassed and went to the back to recollect themselves. It’s a shame that the boss can’t respect such great employees. 0 stars for the boss, 5 for the workers.

  The cookies tasted old and stale. And, they served my sub on a paper with a dead bugs body on it. Also, the staff lack great customer service. I will never come back to this location again.

  Some big guy up there today was absolutely rude .. came there and asked him for ice water and was willing to pay for it.. he told me no and that is for paying customers only.. when I purchased a bottle of water and for asked ice again, he still told me no even though I was offering to pay.. he needs to know how to deal with customers better before he ends up losing his job.. will never come here again

  One of the managers today decided he had a higher moral purpose and that it is impossible to put swiss cheese onto a tuna sub. Because the swiss is "only for reubens" and it's impossible to lay that slice of cheese on another sandwich. This after months of me getting the swiss option on different subs. There's other sub shops in town... Walk down the street.
