::Not gonna order my food from Subway anymore. I got my sandwich with bacon in it even though I didn't ask for bacon. And because I don't eat bacon I contacted the restaurant to send them a picture of my sandwich and I asked for a refund. But they refused to do so. I paid 17$ for NOTHING.

::Under new ownership. Not a good experience. Ordered online for pickup. Received wrong order, but only found out after walking back to my office. Emailed to notify owner and asked for store credit or a refund. Received generalized response from owner ignoring my request for credit.

::Amazing people very kind and generous, they know me by name and have always done above and beyond to make sure my order is done and ready by the time I get there. I have social anxiety and order online and they know this and have always been very gentle and kind. I even got a holiday card from them!! The best subway in Columbus by far!!!

::The best Subway in Downtown Columbus. The owner, Larry, knows his customers (including me) by name, treats everyone great, and runs an efficient and clean store with great food. I go about once a week during lunch and each time the staff are great. Considering they are a huge chain, this Subway treats you like they're the mom and pop shop next door. :)
