  Money hungry. They will raise your rent until you have a problem paying it then when you are late they charge you interest on the late payment and back rent. Like $200+$50+a water bill out of nowhere. Next month you get to pay another $50 late fee + $200 rent + more bs water bill (which you will never see a meter reading because there is no meter) + what is left over from last month x a % percentage. If you havn't grown up with them like dip $#!+ joe or if you don't sell drugs and you have something nice they will try to pad the bill until they one your house. PS this is the same woman that owns the Jade Club and the Well Club. Ya, my family and friends go way back and they don't even know who I am.lol

  Horrendous! Junk cars, junk rv's, junk mobile homes everywhere. Looks like a bomb went off.
