Great family owned park. Very helpful! Sad to go but happy to be moving on to the next adventure. Thanks Dave & family!

Nice park for a short stay. We had hiked in the morning so the indoor hot tub was wonderful on tired muscles. Unique feature here is a storm shelter. All other service's as advertised. Clean. A value for those who enjoy amenities.

The place itself was pretty, but the mgmt is awful. They are rude and take absolutely no pride in their place. Be careful in the nasty bathrooms and pool. The price was ridiculously high. Not only do you pay rent, you also pay electric that is close to being gouged. They charged more for electric than I did in my 2400sq ft home before I sold it. Good luck if you have to stay at any of their parks... Vets don't mean a thing to them so don't waste your time.

I called to get a reservation later tonight. All was good until I asked if we could have access to the bathrooms in which they said we would need a key and couldn’t grab a key until the morning. The whole purpose of us staying at an RV site is so we could shower after a week dry camping in the desert elsewhere. They wouldn’t leave us a key or allow us to pick one up at 10pm so we’ll take our money elsewhere. You think a $50 reservation would be worth leaving a key for the bathrooms at least.. and a better review.

Pleasant employees. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The access to the bathrooms and showers was not accessible from the pool. The inside doors were locked, so you had to go outside to get to the showers and restrooms. Noisy highway but very convenient to I 40. Good muffins and coffee. Cable TV needs to add real news stations such as CNN.
