  This establishment has been very disappointing in my experience, I just tried to place a order via Uber Eats and the app said it was closed. I called the location directly and the very rude lady with the "not my problem" attitude did not even have the brain power to comprehend the situation, even with me speaking to her in her native tongue (Portuguese). I would like to point out that I have had several problems with this eatery for the past 3 years minimum with a 70% average of bad service. Not to mention the food itself has been getting worst and worst. I honestly don't know why I've even tried to order food from them after the first 5-7 times. To summarize this review, I'd say to just eat elsewhere, and I hope they fix the recurring issues they have.

  Segunda vez que peço hambúrguer e vem seco e incompleto. Não mandam um molho apenas dois sachês de maionese para dois hambúrgueres.

  Estive hoje na loja e perguntei sobre a conta que tinha dois valores chamei uma senhora que se chama Eloisa então perguntei porque tinha 2 valores então ela explicou que o sistema deles divide comida de bebida então ela mandou eu calcular com a calculadora estão quando estava indo embora ela é todas as outra funcionária estação comentar de nós e ela falando que mandou nos calcular , achei um abisurdo elas estar falando de clientes sou cliente e tenho direito de perguntar , mais o pior é elas estar falando de cliente é acabamos dircultindo mais por ser um lugar brasileiro já sei que nada serar feito

  The food at this restaurant is great , but their service really needs to change. I have gone there more than once and they simply don't acknowledge you unless you speak Portuguese. I had to have one of my friends place my order in Portuguese every-time we wanted to go eat there and then eventually learn how to order my favorite item in Portuguese for them to notice me. I have also been put on hold for up to fifteen minutes before they could get someone to speak to me via phone. I suggest anyone looking for a decent burger and good customer service go to Hamburgao on Lafayette or Pão De Queijo right up the street. Recommendations for the business: Hire bi-lingual or tri-lingual employees and be nicer to the customers. A comida neste restaurante é excelente, mas seu serviço realmente precisa melhorar. Fui lá mais de uma vez e eles simplesmente não o reconhecem a menos que você fale Português. Eu tinha que ter um dos meus amigos colocar meu pedido em português sempre que queríamos ir comer lá e então eu tive que finalmente aprender a encomendar o meu item favorito em português para que eles me notassem. Eu também fui pressionado por até quinze minutos antes que eles pudessem conseguir que alguém me falasse por telefone. Sugiro que alguém que procura um hambúrguer decente e um bom serviço ao cliente vá para Hamburgao em Lafayette ou Pão De Queijo até a rua. Recomendações para o negócio: contratar empregados bilíngües ou trilingües e ser melhor para os clientes.

  Péssimo atendimento falta de organização e sou um cliente q não como aí numca mais...passar constrangimento paguei no cartão chegou o rapaz do delivery e disse q eu não tinha pago,falei q paguei e ele ainda disse que não varias vezes...Depois quando cheguei em casa liga o cara de novo para pedir número do cartão d novo...ele errou e eu paguei pelo erro deles pq ainda tive que comer e já não estava mas quente pq demorou para resolver ...
