  Honestly i believe that have new owners because when they first open the food was good, service was excellent. Place was clean and friendly. I went to get a slice of pizza recently is was very small, place was nasty and customer service was horrible. They just lost this customer!!!

  Food is not that great at all. I always seem to find hair in my food so after 3 strikes, this is definitely a place to avoid. They are lucky because of the colleges around them and lack of options from the years before.

  Honestly at first, I was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews, especially the comments about when the food is delivered. However, from my experience of ordering food two or three times, I really like their food and prompt delivery service. ( extra two dollars of delivery fee; I live like 15 min walking distance away from store) Maybe NJIT has more awesome restaurants near by to set the standards really high, but I am pretty much satisfied in the price and quality that they offer when compared to the restaurants near here at Rutgers Newark.

  Consistently bad, pretty sure the only reason this business is still afloat is due to its proximity to multiple college campuses. The food is mediocre at best and at worst is toxic. The customer service is poor. The food is overpriced. Of course, they are open late on Thursdays to take advantage of drunk college kids.

  Giovanni's is a nice local spot for folks to stop by and get a nice lunch or dinner. Beyond just pizza they sell a wide range of pasta platters, soup, beef patties, and more. Make sure you have an empty stomach if you order their large pies!
