::Don’t waste your time or money. Sketchy AF. We booked a room for 7, got there 10 minutes late, and staff were just arriving. No one greeted us when we walked in they just stared. We were given a price for a room for 2 hours. The manager told my brother in law we could switch rooms and stay longer if we “tipped them really well”. My brother in law agreed but then they did charge us 3 hours and there’s already a 20% mandatory tip charged. They brought 2 water glass refills, and cleared our cups out once, so idk what the tip was for. The drinks we could get were disgusting. They didn’t have ingredients to make the rest. Oh and the cook never showed so he told us to order DoorDash. A nearly $400 joke.

::I could have circled the Earth twice...ON FOOT... before getting one drink. It's fun karaoke room but not a place I think of first. The alcohol options are very limited from my 2 visits.

::Staff was great. Just saw a comedy show there recently. The place charged you at the door for 2 drinks a person at $20 per drink. They were asking $40 person.. They didn't even serve anything good. The drinks were awful, and definitely not worth 20. The person next to me spent $40 just to have a coke. This is after paying for tickets on top of that. I will not go back to this location ever again. Who ever owns this place is a very greedy unfair person. I would not recommend this place. Total rip off. Not worth it.

::Very nice spot! It's clean, it's comfortable! And most of it's not ghetto! Was one of the nicest places I've seen and japanese inspired places I've ever been to! I've never seen a place like that in real life! Only NHK! Went for a private event so we didn't use the small private rooms but it looks very nice and we'll kept! Staff is very attentive, perhaps to much but I understand they love their building as well. Hey maybe now that you see I'm not a weirdo you don't have to follow me around your venue! I'm a photographer not a crack head thank you🥂

::We had a great networking party with the Puget Sound PMI and everyone we hosted was super impressed by the vibe, food & drink, and the service! Thanks Jason, Taylor, and Mike for taking care of us! We’re definitely doing more events here again.
